Aisling Lacey’s father has been left paralysed after a horrific accident nearly two years ago, which left him with catastrophic injuries, making him paralysed from the neck down.
Before the horrific accident, he used to love being out and about, doing cycle races with his Kerry-based family and friends and doing fun activities with his grandchildren.
He retired a couple of years ago and has been caring for his wife, who has been dealing with MS (multiple sclerosis) for over thirty years.
