Penneys has been stepping up its game in the run-up to the Christmas season, dropping several high-quality dupes that have become just as coveted as Zara, H&M and some more luxurious brands.
Their most recent addition to the footwear department has quickly become one of the most popular items on the shelf due to its likeliness to designer brand Charles & Keith’s €109 rival.
