The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Saturday, Dec. 28, that rains are expected in parts of the country due to three weather systems.

In its weather forecast, PAGASA said that the shear line is affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon.
The northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” will impact the rest of Northern Luzon, while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will influence Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
