A 31-year-old man has pleaded guilty to endangerment of gardaí arising from an incident at St Brigid’s Place on May 1, 2024.
Damien O’Sullivan of St Brigid’s Place has been remanded in custody by Judge Keenan Johnson for sentencing on March 18.
O’Sullivan pleaded guilty to ten counts on the indictment with the remaining taken into consideration.
He admitted charges of endangerment in that he threatened Garda Clodagh Sharkey with a hatchet, Garda Tom O’Connor and Garda Conor McNulty by confronting and chasing them with a hatchet.
