BACOLOD CITY — With the threat of a full-blown eruption of Kanlaon Volcano looming, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) has pre-pared “Plan Exodus” that entails the evacuation of more residents in Canlaon City, Negros Oriental.
Joel Erestain, regional director of OCD in Central Visayas, said they are preparing for “a potential doomsday scenario.”
