As Meghan Markle and Harry drew flak for visiting an evacuation center at Pasadena, mayor Victor Gordo said no one knew Harry and Meghan were serving food there. “They were serving food anonymously. No one knew they were serving food.– with masks. They didn’t come out here for publicity. They came out to work,” Victor Gordo said calling them “great people, great personalities, great heart”.
“They really buoyed the spirit of the first responders. People were very happy to see them,” the mayor said referring to their visit to the first responders after serving food “anonymously”.
