Legendary broadcaster Jane Garvey recently gave an interview to the podcast Therapy Works in which she talked about being a single parent (Garvey’s ex is the presenter Adrian Chiles).
As she outlined some of the more difficult aspects of single parenting, she acknowledged – in tones which suggested she knows this is a big one – that financial concerns had not been a part of her experience.
