Remember when Love Island was the biggest show on TV? I do. It was in 2017, when I’d just moved to London, and that summer it took over pop culture in a water-sipping, bright bikini-ed frenzy.
It was all slick visuals, scheduled drama and insane cast members. For a few years, it was everywhere – the cool new girl everybody wanted to be associated with.
