Tipperary University Hospital has said it is experiencing significant pressure with high patient numbers and flu-related illnesses impacting bed availability.
As a result, Emergency Department delays are expected as patients wait for beds.
The hospital has urged the public to seek alternative care for non-urgent issues and contact GP services when appropriate.
