Tempo.co, Pangkalpinang – The legal counsel for the community organization Laskar Pejuang Perkumpulan Putra Putri Tempatan Bangka Belitung, Andi Kusuma, has filed a report against Harvey Moeis with the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the Indonesian National Police.
Harvey Moeis, a convict in a corruption case involving the tin commodity trade within the Mining Business License (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk in 2015, is accused of embezzlement and fraud concerning the disbursement of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds. Moeis is also known as the husband of actress Sandra Dewi.
