The Western Force have today confirmed the Club’s
32-player squad for the upcoming Super Rugby Women’s season with two more
additions rounding out the group.
Former Wallaroo and Australia Sevens outside back Samantha
Treherne has signed on for the upcoming season, along with homegrown back-rower
Taylor Waterson who returns to the Force after being part of the 2018 and 2019
squads.
Treherne, 31, has clocked up 14 international caps for the
Wallaroos between 2017 and 2019, while she spent last season with the Melbourne
Rebels in Super W. She is a versatile outside back, primarily suited to play as
a winger or full-back.
