Gibson-Park excels in opening win

Ireland began the defence of their Guinness Six Nations title with a 27-22 bonus-point win over England at Aviva Stadium.

The hosts trailed 10-5 at the break, with Jamison Gibson-Park scoring a superb try.

However, Simon Easterby’s men surged in the second half and secured all five points thanks to tries from Bundee Aki, Tadhg Beirne and Dan Sheehan.

Excellent under the high ball, Irish and English kicks. Passed well and managed an offload as well. Judged his kick-though and chase perfectly to pile pressure on the visitors at a crucial stage of the second half.
