The prospect of Katie Taylor fighting at Croke Park seems more remote than ever after stadium director Peter McKenna revealed the GAA has not had any recent contact with her promoter Eddie Hearn.
The two-weight undisputed world champion, whose last bout was a thrilling rematch victory over Amanda Serrano, has frequently spoken of her desire to fill the country’s biggest stadium.
