Midfielder axed in one change

Joe Rothwell has been dropped as Daniel Farke has named his Leeds United starting XI to face Coventry City in the Championship.

The Whites announced their starting line-up via their official X account (5 February) to take on Frank Lampard’s men away from home with Rothwell the only change to be made by the German from their 7-0 demolition of Cardiff last time out.

The German has evidently not chosen to change much about his starting line-up after their stellar performance with their squad finally seeming to be getting back to full fitness.

In his place comes Ilia Gruev, who adds more defensive stability, with the Whites hoping to continue their solid run…
