WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will allow users to link their Instagram profiles directly to their WhatsApp accounts. This feature, currently available in the latest beta version of WhatsApp for iOS, introduces a dedicated section in the Account settings where users can add links to their social media profiles.
As reported by WABetaInfo, the new section will be accessible from WhatsApp’s profile settings, allowing users to add links to platforms such as Instagram. While the beta version only supports Instagram links, future updates may include options for linking other Meta-owned platforms like Facebook and Threads.
