By this point, you’ve probably heard the news that Aaron Rodgers is unlikely to return to the New York Jets next season.
What you might not have heard is that new head coach Aaron Glenn told Rodgers that if he wanted to play for Gang Green, he would need to ditch his popular, weekly appearance on ESPN’s Pat McAfee Show.
According to the Athletic’s Dianna Russini on her “Scoop City” podcast, the Jets previously told Rodgers that, if he returns, he has to ditch the weekly appearance with McAfee. They also informed him that he was required to attend all offseason activities—no more ayahuasca retreats.
