A shear line, Intertropical Convergence Zone, and the easterlies will bring clouds and rains over parts of the country on Sunday, according to PAGASA’s weather forecast.
Extreme Northern Luzon is being affected by a shear line. Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms. Moderate to at times heavy rains may possibly result in flash floods or landslides.
