If there’s something most people hate when using apps and services on their devices, it must be ads. Nobody likes ads, but unfortunately, more and more companies embrace them as a way to monetize their products.
Apple is reportedly planning to do the same thing with Apple Maps, following in Google’s footsteps by showing ads to users on iPhone.
If you’ve used Google Maps for more than a few days, you probably noticed that the app shows suggested results at the top of the list when you search for certain keywords. The easiest way to test this feature is to type something you’d want to eat or drink.
