Newfoundland and Labrador Athletes Shine at Invictus Games in Vancouver

Newfoundland and Labrador was well represented at the Invictus Games which wrapped up this weekend in Vancouver and Whistler.

The games were founded by the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, for international wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women.

Newfoundland and Labrador has sent four athletes to the competition this year.

Charles Arsenault of St. John’s is a retired mobile support equipment operator who was diagnosed with PTSD. He is competing in swimming, alpine skiing and wheelchair basketball.
