The DPP has directed a trial on indictment in the circuit court in the case of a man charged in connection with a road fatality.
Charles Halligan (37), Brookville Park, Drogheda, is accused of, on May 25, 2023, at the junction of Dominic Street and West Street, Drogheda, careless driving causing the death of Francis (Frankie) Reilly, Ardee.
