A man aged in his 70s has tragically lost his life in a road crash on the main N25 Rosslare road outside Wexford on Tuesday evening.
The incident, which involved at least three vehicles, took place at around 5.30 p.m. between the Orristown junction and Killinick Village on the busy road to Rosslare Europort.
It is reported that the man’s car first collided with a roadside barrier before swerving into oncoming traffic. He then collided with at least one other car and a van.
