Partnering once again with Bord Bia, UK dining publication Hot Dinners has revealed their annual Murphia List – a celebration of Irish talent in London’s hospitality industry.
Celebrating its 11th year, the coveted list recognises the talent of Irish people working behind-the-scenes and front of house, whether they be a particularly charming doorman or a soaring CEO.
This year, it boasts 13 new entries on a list that totals 66 amazing people working in fields ranging from head chefs and pub owners to sommeliers and bakers.
