Veronica “Kitty” Duterte will seek the intervention of the Supreme Court to bring back her father, former president Rodrigo Duterte, to the Philippines following his arrest by the International Criminal Court (ICC), lawyer Salvador Panelo said.
Panelo said he and his son, Salvador Paolo Jr., will assist Veronica when she files a petition for a writ of habeas corpus at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 to “bring back” former president Rodrigo Duterte after he was flown out of the country late Tuesday.
