A jury has been empanelled in the trial of Mr David Mahon, the stepfather of missing teenager Amy Fitzpatrick, on a charge of assault causing harm to a pensioner.
The trial is set to begin this afternoon at Carrick-on-Shannon Circuit Court before Judge John Aylmer.
