A man who repeatedly made a nuisance of himself with unwanted sexual advances to a female who attended the same school as he did, appeared before Wexford Circuit Court.
Judge James McCourt learned that the accused, who pleaded guilty to sexual assault committed more than six years ago, was just 16 at the time of the offence. The object of his attention in 2018 was aged 15.
