The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has filed an administrative complaint against the cop who went viral online with his social media posts in response to the arrest of former president Rodrigo Duterte.
In a statement on Wednesday evening, the NAPOLCOM said Patrolman Francis Steve Fontillas is facing an administrative complaint for grave misconduct and conduct unbecoming of a police officer.
“The NAPOLCOM proceeded today with the filing of an Administrative Complaint against Fontillas for Grave Misconduct and Conduct Unbecoming of a Police Officer,” the NAPOLCOM said.
