TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Taste Atlas, an encyclopedia of traditional dishes and authentic restaurants worldwide, has ranked the best sauces in the world in 2025. Out of 50 sauces, 4 Indonesian sambals made it to the list, including sambal, sambal terasi, pecel, and tomato sambal.
