Sam Prendergast has agreed a new contract with Leinster to remain at the province next season.
The new deal is between the 22-year-old and Leinster Rugby, rather than a central contract with the IRFU.
Prendergast, who made his debut for Leinster in April 2022, has climbed the depth chart for province and country this season, becoming first choice 10 for both.
The out-half has played 18 games this season, with seven for Leinster, eight for Ireland, and a three for Emerging Ireland on their tour of South Africa in the autumn.
