Charges filed vs shooter in Antipolo road rage

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — Police have filed criminal complaints against a 28-year-old businessman who shot four people, including his wife, during a road rage incident in Antipolo City on Sunday.

Lt. Col. Ryan Manongdo, Antipolo police chief, said charges of multiple frustrated homicide and violations of the Omnibus Election Code and the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act were filed against the suspect, identified only as alias Kenneth, before the City Prosecutor’s Office yesterday morning.
