After work, I then usually go to workout and if I’ve packed them, I’ll have the Protein Bites or a protein shake with a piece of fruit, like a banana or some mixed berries. For lunch—I’ve been back and forth with a bunch of meal delivery services and I’ve landed on one that I like, so I usually eat one of the meals that I have that I’ve ordered. Then I’ll have another protein snack—either a FULFIL bar or Greek yogurt usually works for me—and then I’ll have a protein-carb situation at the end, either one of the meals that I ordered or I’ll order off of Uber Eats.

I’m on DoorDash all the time.

Nothing wrong with it, but it gets so fucking expensive. I’m spending so much money.
