RUSSIAN internet personality and controversial vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy will not be deported for now. Instead, he will face legal proceedings in the Philippines for allegedly harassing several Filipinos, the Department of the Interior and Local Government said.
Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla made the announcement on Monday during a press briefing where Zdorovetskiy was publicly presented to the media.
