Harassment proceedings were brought by Dawn Smyth, who is the mother of Jonny Smyth, the suspect currently due to return to Spain to face questioning about the murder, and Carly Allen, whose daughter Madison is Smyth’s partner.
Billy George was arrested in Belfast on Wednesday after a complaint was made that he had breached a harassment order.
