A man is due in court in connection with the investigation into a road crash in Waterford last year in which two teenagers were killed.
The collision, which involved a bus and an e-scooter, happened in the early hours of 27 June on the Cork Road in Waterford city.
Gilbert Collins, 15, and Avuzwa Idris, 17, died in the collision.
Gilbert, who was travelling on the e-scooter, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Avuzwa, who was also on the vehicle, was taken to Waterford University Hospital with serious injuries, where he later died.
A man in his 40s was charged in connection with the investigation into the collision and is due before Waterford District Court.
