Chef who went without paid holidays for over a decade wins €55,000 at WRC

A chef who said he spent nearly 14 years working in a restaurant kitchen without any paid holidays has won over €55,000 for workplace rights breaches.

Masood Ur Rehman, a tandoori chef working for Dublin-based restaurant operator Roti Panni Ltd, secured the award in a Workplace Relations Commission decision published this morning.
