DEPARTMENT of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian has reiterated his warning against politicians and candidates who exploit the poor and vulnerable sectors for personal or political gain, emphasizing the need to protect these groups from abuse and manipulation.
“This likely serves as a warning to candidates who aim to exploit the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized for their personal and political gain,” Gatchalian said on Friday.
