MANILA, Philippines — In the wake of the recent kidnap-slay of Filipino-Chinese steel magnate Anson Que and his driver Armanie Pabillo, Philippine National Police chief Gen. Rommel Marbil assured members of the Filipino-Chinese community of their safety and security.
