Fifi, Butet’s daughter, also endured a similar upbringing within the circus habitat. Raised without knowing her parents, Fifi was allegedly taken by an OCI supervisor at birth. She only learned of Butet’s identity as her mother later in life. Butet stated she relinquished care of fifi due to her own inability to provide a stable life.

Fifi’s experiences highlight the intergenerational nature of the alleged abuse. Unable to cope with the harsh conditions,she attempted to escape.
