A golf fan hit a bogey after consuming a little too much alcohol while watching Rory McIlroy claim the Masters in his local bar.
John Ward appeared at Letterkenny District Court after being charged with a public order offence.
Ward was charged with the Public Order offence following an incident on Sunday night last, April 13th, at Park View Drive, Gortlee in Letterkenny.
He was charged that he did use or engage in threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to provoke a breach of the peace or being reckless as to whether a breach of the peace might have been occasioned.
