Search of Limerick wetlands in missing man investigation

Gardaí are conducting a search at a section of wetlands along the River Shannon in Limerick city as part of an investigation into the whereabouts of a missing 27-year-old man.

Luke Price has been missing since 14 January this year.

He had travelled from Portlaoise to Limerick Colbert train station that day.

Mr Price then socialised for a time in town and went to O’Curry Street with a friend.

He left there at around 9pm and went in the direction of the Dock Road, but has not been seen since and his whereabouts remain a mystery.
