The annual rally “Bibline” (6+) takes place in Russia for the 14th time and this year is timed at once to two significant dates-the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory and the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland. Traditionally, the Ulyanovsk Region will join it: thematic events are organized on April 25 and 26 in more than 300 libraries of the region. In total, over 350 thematic platforms will be opened, including 36 in regional libraries.
According to the Ministry of Culture, all the events will combine the general topic “Your Heroes”. The participants of the action will remind of books telling about the exploits of the defenders of the homeland. It will be interesting for both adults and babies.
– Both children and adults will be able to take part in the action – this is a great opportunity to spend time with the whole family. Family support, preservation of traditions and education through culture today are in the center of state policy. We are actively implementing the new national project “Family”, the purpose of which is the creation of conditions for well -being, harmonious development and cultural enrichment of each Russian family, ”said Yevgeny Sidorov, Minister of Art and Cultural Policy of the Ulyanovsk Region.
April 25 at 17:00 in the Ulyanovsk Regional Scientific Library named after V.I. Lenin “Biblioch” will be opened by the program “Walners of Heaven” (6+). Guests are waiting for 18 thematic sites and about 30 events. Also in the palace of the book, an interactive program “Big Space Journey” (6+) will be organized from the Ulyanovsk Regional Special Library for the Blind, a quest, acquaintance with books published by a relief-point font, relief-graphic manuals, tactile publications for blind and poorly visible children.
