Herning/Denmark – Timo Meier helps Switzerland to set standards.
Meier, who takes part in the IIHF World Championship 2025 after the end of his season with the New Jersey Devils for Switzerland, sees the more of his participation for his country, especially with regard to the NHL players, who will take part in the 2026 Olympic Games in Milano Cortina in February.
Meier: “It is a privilege for our country to play”

Meier, his team -mate Nico Hischier and Jonas Siegenthaler from the Devils and Kevin Fiala from the Los Angeles Kings, supported the team on their way to the second final participation in a row.
