(UPDATE) JUSTICE Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said Monday the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has moved to cancel the passport of former Palace spokesman Harry Roque, who is facing qualified human trafficking charges and has fled to the Netherlands, where he is seeking asylum.
Remulla said the formal request for passport cancellation was submitted last Friday, shortly after the Angeles City Regional Trial Court issued an arrest warrant against Roque.
