Iran has ramped up its production of highly enriched uranium to near weapons-grade levels, according to a confidential report by the UN nuclear watchdog.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) called on Saturday, local time, for Tehran to urgently change course and comply with the agency’s probe.
The latest report from the IAEA, seen by the Associated Press and AFP, says as of May 17, Iran has amassed 408.6 kilograms of uranium enriched up to 60 per cent.
