The World Skateboarding Tour is back for 2025 with its opening World Cup stop in Ostia, Rome, where park skateboarders will take centre stage from 1-8 June.
The contest in coastal Rome will not only crown two winners but will also award ranking points, which will be used to determine seeding and eligibility to compete in World Skate events throughout the LA28 Olympic cycle.
A host of familiar faces are expected to compete at The Spot Skatepark, including Olympic medallists Arisa Trew, Cocona Hiraki, Yosozumi Sakura, Augusto Akio, and Pedro Barros. But they will know that nothing in skateboarding stays the same for long, with a growing list of newcomers raring to make their mark.
