The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to affect Luzon on Monday and will bring rains, according to PAGASA’s weather forecast.
Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will have monsoon rains, with the possibility of flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
According to PAGASA’s heavy rainfall outlook for today, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Bataan will have 50 to 100 mm of rainfall.
