“Adolescence” is now Netflix‘s second-most-watched English-language series ever, dethroning Season 4 of “Stranger Things.”
As of June 1, the U.K. limited series has reached a total of 141.2 million views since its launch on March 13, 80 days ago. Netflix measures its all-time popularity lists within each title’s first 91 days of viewing, and during that window for “Stranger Things” Season 4 in 2022, it reached 140.7 million views.
Only “Wednesday,” which hit 252.1 million views in its first 91 days of streaming in 2022, comes ahead of “Adolescence” and “Stranger Things” Season 4. And…
