Ulrika Jonsson has said that it is possible to ‘teach an old dog new tricks’ as she celebrates one year of sobriety.
The TV presenter shared a vulnerable post to mark the milestone, including before and after photos of herself when she was drinking and now a year later, as well as a candid caption.
Thanking her friends and family for supporting her journey without judgment, the 57-year-old confessed she has finally shed her ‘crippling shame.’
