A MAN living in Limerick has pleaded guilty to drink driving before Limerick District Court.
Heorhii Lyzun, 30, with an address at The Park, Crossagalla, Limerick pleaded guilty to driving on the Ballysimon Road with drink taken.
Prosecuting Sergeant Aisling O’Neill, giving facts for the state, said that Mr Lyzun’s car was observed swerving in a public place by a garda at 2am on December 10, 2025.
Mr Lyzun, driving the car, went on to mount the kerb at the Tipperary roundabout.
