Evan Ferguson remains a Roma player as things stands, but there are serious doubts as to whether that will be the case come the end of the January transfer window.
The Italian club have been active in the market in recent weeks. They brought in Donyell Malen on loan from Aston Villa last week, while Marseille striker Robinio Vaz also joined in a deal worth €25million.
It had previously been suggested that Evan Ferguson’s loan deal at the club could be cut short if they sign alternative forwards this month. As a result, it seems as though the Meath man could be on his way back to England.
