The BC Lions announced an extension for quarterback Nathan Rourke on Tuesday.
The new deal takes the Victoria, BC native through the 2028 season. Rourke’s previous deal was set to expire at the end of the 2026 campaign.
“I’m honoured to continue my lifelong dream as a professional football player with the BC Lions,” Rourke said in a statement. “I’m fortunate to be part of an organization that believes in me and trusts me to lead both on and off the field.”
